Grieg Music Education presented the new Music Delta during the WOMEX 2007 (World Music Expo) conference and exhibition in Seville, Spain.

Together with Music Export Norway, Grieg Music Education presented the new  Music Delta on the WOMEX Exhibition.

Music Delta - A new way of presenting your music and culture to students all over the world

Grieg Music Education (GME) has developed an internet based virtual resource centre for music education called Music Delta, allowing students to work and collaborate with music across classrooms and homes and across borders of different kinds. In Music Delta students can create music, share music ideas, viewpoints and recorded music in addition to mix their own productions with professional productions.Music Delta enable students from different countries to work online, sharing and composing music together. They may publish their new music on their own ArtBlog. GME has conducted severeal international collaborative composing projects on the Internet. This presentation will focus on the exiting possibilities in MusicDelta and the WOMEX community is invited to be partners in Music Delta, supplying the resource with world music samples, sounds and info to be integrated in the different features of Music Delta.

In this way Music Delta will be a new resource centre for education within the WOMEX community.
